Our core service offerings are designed to provide a quick and easy assessment in plain English (no tech speak!) for public sector and nonprofit organizations. The sessions are short and require little time commitment from you and your team and are offered at no cost through the support of our partners.


Strategic Telecommunications Value Study

The first step to true modernization is to figure out exactly where you are today. Our value studies look at your tech budget holeistically then focus on your telecom spend to find actionable recommendations you can do now to save money and improve perforce.

This value study is provide at no cost to Local and County Governments, State Government Agencies, institutions of Higher Education and other selected community partner orgainzations.

What it is
A no cost high level snap shot of your organization's total technology spend with deep focus on the telecommunications area. Study includes actionable recommendations with targeted savings, performance improvements and effort required.
What it isn't.
A replacement for a full annual technology plan or strategic planning.
Client Time Consideration
We use internal sources for most data points combined with results of 1-2 interviews with staff that manage these services today. We ask for another hour to present our finding and discuss next steps.
Outcomes
Current Telecommunications Value Study with actionable recommendations. Each action should have a savings target and level of effort required.
