As the former Deputy Chief of Digital Transformation for the State of Oklahoma and Chief Technology Officer for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, Dustin played a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the programmatic needs of agency divisions and the state's technical capabilities. 

Mr. Crossfield is a dynamic technology executive known for ensuring excellence across information technology systems, processes, and teams. With his keen ability to create and execute technology strategies, Dustin has led enterprise-wide efforts to establish IT as an invaluable partner in transforming organizational operations. Throughout his career, he has leveraged his blend of technical, financial, and business acumen to improve outcomes for both private sector businesses and public sector services. Additionally, his focus on human-centered design has ensured that technology solutions are always aligned with user needs and experiences.  In his 20 plus years of experience, he is most proud of his tenure in state government, where he utilized his diverse strengths to create meaningful impacts for citizens.

Dustin is the Founder and CEO of CivicXP, a company committed to developing solutions that enhance citizens' interactions with government. He also serves as the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Innovative Technology Alliance, advocating for the collective interests of Oklahoma's tech companies and shaping the future of innovation and technology in the state.
